The e-Parcel service will email your directly to advise you when your order is ready for dispatch and provide you with your tracking number. If you require a ‘Signature on Delivery’ or Insurance for your parcel, please choose this option at time of checkout. Australia Post at their discretion, will leave your parcel in a secure location of their choice if you do not choose the ‘Signature on Delivery’ option. will not be liable for any parcels that go missing if the “Signature on Delivery” option is not chosen.

All orders are dispatched within 1 (one) business day after payment has been received and funds have been cleared.

Insurance options are available when you checkout. Choosing insurance ensures that your parcel will be delivered to your nominated address or cover you for lost, stolen or damaged parcels.

If you do not receive your parcel, but it is marked as delivered by Australia Post, it remains the customers’ responsibility to resolve the issue directly with Australia Post. While may offer the customer assistance in resolving this issue, this does not imply responsibility. Orders shipped to Australian addresses over $120.00 are eligible for free shipping. The type of service available for free shipping is Express Post. You must choose this option at checkout.

There is no free shipping offered for International orders.
