Q: What payments methods are accepted by AladdinsDen.com.au?
A: We currently accept PayPal payments only. If you do not have to have a PayPal account to complete your payment, you can pay using your credit card on the PayPal website. You will be automatically redirected to this page at checkout.

Q: Do you have a shop front where I can view, test or collect the product?
A: Aladdins Den does not currently have a shop front. We provide links on product pages for reviews on individual products, if this does not answer your questions or concerns, please email us via our contact page and a customer service representative will email/call you to answer your questions. As we do not have a shop front orders are not able to be picked up.

Q: How long from the time I place my order online until it is shipped?
A: All orders placed before 2pm AEST weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Q: Does the E-liquid supplied by AladdinsDen.com.au contain nicotine?
A: It is illegal to sell E-liquid in Australia that contains Nicotine. Aladdins Den abides by all Australian laws and regulations, and therefore does not supply E-liquid that contains Nicotine.

Q: What do I do if I need to return a product to AladdinsDen.com.au
A: Please refer to relevant product warranty periods (located on individual product pages) and our Returns Policy prior to submitting a return. If your product is eligible to be returned, please complete the Customer Returns Form. Once completed and submitted a customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions to complete your return.
